For Wednesday's lottery drawing, a $50,000 Powerball ticket was sold in New Jersey, while the $478.2 million jackpot was won by a single ticket sold in Georgia.

The lucky third-prize Powerball ticket sold in New Jersey was purchased at Pastore Wine & Liquor on Montgomery Street in Jersey City. Four numbers plus the Powerball were guessed correctly.

Wednesday's winning Powerball numbers were: 11, 25, 57, 62 And 64. The Powerball was drawn 15 with a power play by 2X.

Two second-prize tickets worth $1 million each were sold in Pennsylvania and Texas.

No one won Wednesday's second $10 million Double Play drawing. These winning numbers were: 1, 42, 43, 58, And 66. The double play ball number was 20.

The odds of hitting the Powerball jackpot are 292,201,388 to 1. A player who purchases a $2 ticket has about a 1 in 11,688,053 chance of matching five numbers and at least 1 Million $ to win, while the odds of winning a third prize are 913,129 to 1 or at least $50,000.

Powerball drawings take place every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The Powerball jackpot resets to $20 million for Saturday's drawing.
