Cameron Grigg vows to finally finish couples' travel scrapbook following the death of his wife Taylor Griggs

After Taylor Rousseau GriggSudden death at age 25, husband Cameron Grigg plans to continue honoring her memory.

“I'm finally going to do this for you baby,” Cameron wrote in a now-deleted Instagram Story photo on Sunday, October 5, tagging Taylor's official account and sharing a picture of her travel scrapbook.

Cameron shared footage of himself flipping through the pages of the book Taylor originally gave him for his 21st birthday.

“There is no one in this world I would rather travel the world with than my handsome boyfriend,” Taylor wrote at the time. “So I made this book so we could all document our adventures!! If I remember, you said we should do an adventure book like The Old Couple High. So here's our movie, but let's make it 'Cam and Tay's Adventures'.”

She concluded, “I'm so excited to spend life with you and to start this book, I've put a few must-gos on my wish list! So where do we go first?”

Taylor had listed plans to visit locations in Idaho, Florida, Bow and Alabam before adding pictures of the couple together on trips to Galveston and Las Vegas.

Taylor and Cameron had been together since 2021 and initially connected through social media. After a year of dating, Cameron proposed. The couple married in August 2023, a year before she tragically died at the age of 25.

“No one ever expects to have to deal with this kind of pain and heartache, especially at our age,” Cameron wrote on Instagram on Saturday, October 5. “In the past year, Taylor has endured more pain and suffering than most people endure in a lifetime. And yet she was still such a light and always brought joy to everyone around her.”

Cameron continued: “She is the bravest and strongest woman I know, and her trust in the Lord outweighed all other circumstances she faced, even in her darkest hours.” I know she is there for me and many others saved lives outside. Her earthly body is still here and we are controlled by machines to keep her organs usable for donation.”

Cameron mentioned that the late TikTok star was struggling with undisclosed medical issues before her “sudden and unexpected” death.

“With this happening so suddenly and unexpectedly, nothing is in order for us financially,” Cameron said in his post. “Taylor has been in and out of hospital since we got married, which has affected our financial situation. That's why we don't have insurance. A friend has set up a GoFundMe for anyone who would like to contribute. And even if you cannot contribute financially, prayers are always needed for our family.”

The fundraiser, created to cover Taylor's medical and funeral expenses, has raised more than $30,000 at the time of publication.

Cameron later expressed his gratitude for the support, writing in an Instagram Story: “I cannot express my gratitude for everyone's love and support. Taylor and I love you all and it warms my heart to see how much you love her.”
