Mike Tyson is caught in the crossfire when Jake Paul's attempt to roast KSI's music ends in epic failure

KSI And Jake Paul have been in constant rivalry since the British YouTuber fought his older brother. Logan Paul. Fans are desperately waiting for the two pioneers of crossover boxing to meet in the ring, but the comments are only circulating on social media. The duo has been in a constant back and forth for years and never misses an opportunity to shoot each other down. Now we have another update on the fabled rivalry.

The controversy started when Olajide Olatunji aka KSI announced the release of his new song “Thick Of It” featuring the popular rapper. Trippie Redd. KSI posted a 28-second teaser of the music video on “X.” This became an opportunity for Jake Paul to ridicule JJ and his music career. The problem child did exactly that. The Puerto Rican resident decided to make fun of KSI's teaser for his song with Trippie Redd. Jake Paul lambasted the song, noting: “Thank you KSI, you hero🙏🏼 My 83-year-old grandpa hasn't been able to walk for years. But when you released that song…he finally stood up and turned that shit down.”

As if KSI was in tow patiently waiting for Jake Paul to say something. As soon as the comment hit, JJ shot right back. He replied: “Looks like you already have your next opponent in front of you…” Highlighting Jake Paul's comment about his grandfather. According to KSI, now that Paul's grandfather can walk, he can plan a fight against him as he enjoys fighting retired fighters.

It was a clear dig at Paul's upcoming fight against Mike Tyson, who is now almost 60 years old. And it's not the first time Jake Paul has faced off against a retired professional. In 2021, Paul faced Tyron Woodley, who was then almost 40 years old and had retired from the UFC after losing four fights in a row. He was a complete amateur in boxing and lost both fights against the problem child.

In October 2022, Paul took things a step further when he decided to fight the 47-year-old Anderson Silva, who hadn't fought since 2020. Paul won again with a unanimous decision after eight rounds. Paul's strategy of fighting retired athletes has worked well for him and his career. He fought mainly against athletes who were already past their prime and amassed a lot of money in the process.

Going back to KSI's music, this isn't the first time Jake Paul has opened up about JJ's alternative career as a rapper.

Jake Paul: Not a fan of KSI's music

Jake Paul previously highlighted JJ's music, stating: “Nobody bothers your music. Stay on YouTube and stop pretending to be a rapper.” He claims that without KSI's YouTube success, no one would like his music.

In 2021, KSI released the track “No Time,” which was a direct dissent against everything Jake Paul has accomplished in boxing. JJ went into detail about his own success in various ventures and how Paul was never able to reach the heights of the first match between KSI and Logan Paul.
