Nashville Predators and Delaware North introduce new and improved dining options at Bridgestone Arena for the 2024-25 season

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (October 8, 2024) – The Nashville Predators, along with dining and retail partner Delaware North, today announced a new lineup of new menu items and amenities at Bridgestone Arena for the 2024-25 season.

“It is truly important to us to continue to offer world-class hospitality and innovative menu items that reflect the spirit of Nashville and enhance the gaming experience at Bridgestone Arena,” said Michael Geczi, general manager of Delaware North at Bridgestone Arena. “Whether fans are looking for a hearty cheesesteak, a tasty BBQ or a kid-friendly meal, there’s something for everyone this season – and that’s something we and the Predators are particularly proud of.”

Fan favorites and exciting new additions

• Gnash Head popcorn container: Fans can now get their popcorn in a fun, team-inspired Gnash Head container, available at all popcorn stands throughout the arena.
• Cheesesteak Stand (in section 104): The stand offers a variety of foot-long cheesesteaks, including:
  • Classic cheesesteak: Served on an Amoroso bun with meat, onions and a choice of white American or Wiz cheese.
  • Chicken cheesesteak: A twist on the classic with spicy chicken.
  • Nashville Hot Cheesesteak: A spicy local special premiering on opening night.
  • Slapshot combo box: Includes a foot-long cheesesteak and homemade fries.
• Taco Stand (in section 100): Fresh offerings include a seasonal Tajin-spiced fruit cup served in a mini helmet, as well as the popular Boom Box Nachos with last season's most popular toppings.
• BBQ stand (in section 101): Guests can enjoy the Playmaker Box Boom Box Combo, which includes two BBQ sandwiches with mac and cheese sides, coleslaw and beans. Also new are mashed potatoes and banana pudding cups, as well as the tasty Relentless BBQ sandwich – a triple BBQ meat creation with tomato aioli.
• Burger Stand (in section 102): Introducing the Breakaway Burger – a beef patty with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, Preds sauce and bacon. The stand also features a foot-long corn dog, a hot dog and the Hat Trick Boom Box Combo, which includes two cheeseburgers, loaded fries and onion rings.
• Pizza stand (location section 103): The Italian sandwich will be replaced by the new Meatball Sub. A fresh new caprese salad is offered in a cup or mini helmet. The Barn Burner Boom Box Combo consists of a meatball sub, caprese salad and funnel cake fries.

Specialties and changing menus

• Hot Dog Stand (in section 106): Fans can grab the “Dog of the Game,” a rotating hot dog specialty.
• Charcuterie and Wine (found in sections 213 and 101): Mini charcuterie boxes will be added alongside the arena's wine selection, with single-serve wine options now available at Grab n Go locations.
• Grilled Cheese Portable (found in Section 122): The stand offers a variety of grilled cheese options, including classic bacon and tomato sandwiches and brisket sandwiches, with a rotating grilled cheese specialty every four weeks, starting with a grilled bologna cheese.
• Gnashville Fun Zone: Available now at select locations, the Zamboni Kids Meal includes French fries, chicken fillets and a fruit snack packaged in a fun Zamboni container.

New items now available at BetMGM Sports Lounge

In addition to the in-arena offerings, the BetMGM Sports Lounge, which first opened last year, offers several new offerings. New this year in the restaurant, which is open seven days a week and does not require an entry ticket, are offers such as:

• Smoked Brie: Apricot jam, crisp apples and grilled local crust.
• Apple and kale salad: Sun-dried cranberries, candied almonds, goat cheese, Granny Smith apples, cinnamon granola and apple cider vinaigrette.
• Nash Burger: ¼ pound all-beef patty topped with bacon, cheese and house sauce on a brioche bun.
• Hipster flatbread: Pepperoni, mozzarella, garlic, hot honey, fresh basil and Calabrian chilies.

New premium club, California Closets Studio, with changing menu

Debuting the premium club experience this season is the California Closets Studio, an exclusive 85-seat club on the second level, directly across the runway from the BetMGM Sports Lounge. This ultra-premium club offers an upscale, ever-evolving menu and promises a dynamic fine dining experience. Highlights of the opening night menu include:

• Classic Caesar Salad Bowls: Romaine lettuce, croutons, parmesan cheese with Caesar dressing, served in an edible parmesan crisp shell.
• Roasted Beets: Red, golden and sugar cane beets with homemade mesclun, caramelized pecans, crispy chevre and a cherry beet vinaigrette pipette, served in a bamboo cone.
• Filet Mignon: Spread the fillet with a wild mushroom bordelaise.
• Lamb chops: Served over truffled mashed potatoes.
• Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl: Wakame, pickled vegetables, sesame, ponzu and sriracha aioli.
• Bacon Wrapped Scallops: Tender, seared scallops wrapped in crispy, smoky bacon and served with a savory drizzle of garlic butter.

New offerings in suites provide more comfort and local flair

Delaware North, the arena's concessions, restaurant and retail partner since 1996, began operating 68 suites this year. New offerings include:

• Bourbon Experience: Four Roses Small Batch, Bardstown Origin Series, orange bitters, cocoa bitters, Demerara syrup, Luxardo cherries, old fashioned throwware with Predators souvenir logo and large square ice cube.
• Smoked brisket: Glazed with Jack Daniel's barbecue sauce and served with Brussels sprouts, applewood smoked bacon and caramelized shallots, as well as fresh strawberries, chocolate sauce and sea salt caramel.
• Dessert cart: Complete your experience with our chef's selection of unique desserts, sweets and seasonal offerings.
• Grill board: Pork ribs, smoked brisket, andouille sausage, smoked pulled chicken, Nashville hot chicken sausage, cornbread muffins and pickles.

Loyal Smashville members receive discounts on food and beverages throughout the building

Nashville Predators full, half and quarter season ticket holders, all considered Smashville Loyal members, will receive a 10% discount on any food and beverage purchase made at Bridgestone Arena at any time, a benefit known as Has a season ticket holder. Additionally, the Predators are partnering with Delaware North to offer full-time passholders 50% off 11 essential food and beverage items and half-time passholders 25% off the same 11 items through the Smashville Loyal program. These menu items include pizza, hot dogs, popcorn, pretzels, nachos, french fries and soda.
