The Yankees broadcast on TBS makes people angry

Some people are taking to social media to criticize TBS' broadcast of Game 4 of the American League Divisional Series between the Yankees and Royals.

In the fourth inning of New York's eventual 3-2 victory, Giancarlo Stanton hit a double that brought in Juan Soto to first and scored the first run of the day. Soto slid into the plate as he threw, but the camera followed Stanton.

“The Yankees took the lead and we had no idea because TBS doesn't know how to broadcast a baseball game,” Jomboy wrote on X, along with a picture of the media team's reaction to the camera decision.

“TBS is an embarrassment. Horrible camera work on the Stanton double. I had no idea if Soto would score or how close the game would be. “I’m too busy getting a George Brett history lesson.” Steve Torre of Mad Dog Radio wrote.

“I really believe TBS is doing this on purpose. MLB needs to step in mid-game and fire people. This is ridiculous,” wrote Eric Hubbs of Barstool.

The Yankees will try to secure a spot in the ALCS on Thursday in Kansas City as fans watch on TBS.
