United Airlines introduces new international flights. Here are the cities you can visit.

United Airlines announced Thursday that it is launching flights to eight new destinations abroad, in what the airline is calling its largest international expansion ever.

According to the airline, starting next May, United will fly nonstop to new cities on multiple continents, including seven locations not served by any other U.S. airline. In total, customers can book tickets for flights on 11 new routes.

Here are the new cities the airline will fly to in 2025:

  • Bilbao, Spain
  • Dakar, Senegal
  • Faro, Portugal
  • Kaohsiung, Taiwan
  • Madeira Island, Portugal
  • Nuuk, Greenland
  • Palermo, Italy
  • Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

United began flying to Africa in 2019 and will serve six cities on the continent with the addition of Dakar, Senegal.

United said the airline is also adding new nonstop routes to cities it already serves. For example, flights between Washington Dulles International Airport and Nice, France are added. Additionally, there will be nonstop service between Tokyo and Narita-Koror, Palau, as well as flights from Houston, Texas, to Puerto Escondido, Mexico, and between San Francisco and San Jose, Costa Rica.
