The New York Mets managed to defeat the Philadelphia Phillies 3-1 in the MLB's National League Division Series, but the series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres continues this Friday when the teams play the deciding Game 5 deny. Los Angeles evened the series at 2-2 after earning an 8-0 win in Game 4 on Wednesday. The Mets and the winners of Friday's game will face each other in the National League Championship Series, which begins Oct. 13.
