Kanye West is accused of drugging and sexually abusing ex-assistants at Sean “Diddy” Combs' party

Kanye West has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his former assistant and OnlyFans star at a party with Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to disturbing new court documents.

Lauren Pisciotta — who worked as the rapper's personal assistant from 2021 to 2022 — said years earlier that West “sought out” her and her former musician client and invited them to a party at a music studio that West and Combs co-hosted. according to court documents obtained by The Post.

Pisciotta — an influencer and former OnlyFans model — said West told everyone at the Santa Monica gathering that they had to drink or leave the party, and after taking just a few sips, she “suddenly started to feel disoriented.” … and began to enter into an “alcoholic altered and severely impaired state,” according to documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The next day, Pisciotta could not remember the events of the night before and felt “ashamed and embarrassed,” and her musician client — who was not identified in court documents — “was too traumatized and distraught to talk about the night . “ says the lawsuit.

Pisciotta “couldn't remember, and certainly wasn't aware, that any type of sexual assault had occurred to her or her former client,” and she was “more concerned” about whether she had embarrassed herself in front of her client or in front of West, so the file said.

While Pisciotta believed she was drugged, she believed the “studio assistant or someone else who helped prepare the drinks” was responsible for the drug ingestion, court records say.

Only before West fired Pisciotta did he admit, according to the documents, that they had “hooked up” after she was drugged.

The truth came to light when West, 47 – who officially changed his name to Ye – complained about his ex-wife, who was not named in court documents but was apparently referring to Kim Kardashian.

West “was angry about a text exchange that had just taken place between him and his ex, and he mentioned that the ex had made a negative comment about Pisciotta that made the ex believe West had cheated on her, court records say.

So Pisciotta told West she wanted to text the ex to clear things up and tell her, “This is untrue. “I have not and would not disrespect you, you or your marriage,” she hit before.

But West stopped Pisciotta from sending the message, saying, “We dated a little bit once,” court records say.

The “Gold Digger” rapper “immediately proceeded to reminisce about the party” where he “had 'hooked up' with (Pisciotta) after she was drugged,” the filing states.

Pisciotta said the revelation was “deeply devastating and unpleasant” but she was glad to learn the truth. And “completely shocked,” she told West she had no recollection of the encounter and, in fact, couldn't remember anything after she sat down on the couch at the start of the night, the lawsuit says.

West laughed before reportedly replying, “Women like to say they don't remember.”

The new allegations were made Tuesday in Pisciotta's existing wrongful termination and sexual harassment lawsuit against West.

The initial allegations — still included in the updated version of the lawsuit — allege that West sent inappropriate text messages to Pisciotta, shared his sexual fantasies with her and sent her adult photos and videos of him having sex with other women.

She also claimed that he once locked himself in a room with Pisicotta and masturbated next to her before falling asleep.

Pisciotta says he promised her a million-dollar severance package when he fired her in October 2022, but she never received the money and was also owed money from her salary.

West's lawyers called her original lawsuit “baseless” and claimed in a June statement to Page Six that she blackmailed the “Heartless” rapper.

A representative for West did not immediately respond to a request for comment Saturday.

Combs was not accused of wrongdoing in Pisciotta's lawsuit.

But the Bad Boy Records founder has been charged with sex trafficking and is being held behind bars until his trial in May.

Combs has also been accused of sexual abuse in a number of lawsuits. He denied wrongdoing in both the criminal and civil proceedings.
