Spain will be without a number of senior stars, including a key duo Rodri And Dani Carvajalwho have to be out for several months due to cruciate ligament injuries.

Pedro Porro And Oscar Mingueza will fight for a start at right-back as a 17-year-old Pau Cubarsi could only be his second senior national team start in central defense alongside him Aymeric Laporte.

In the absence of Rodri, sought-after Real Sociedad star Martin Zubimendi will likely act as a Spanish midfield anchor in between Pedri and Fabian Ruiz, during Lamine Yamal And Alex Baena could support Alvaro Morata in attack.

As far as Denmark is concerned, it has to do without it Joachim Andersen, Mikkel Damsgaard, Christian Norgaard And Morten Frendrup due to an injury while playing uncapped as a Toulouse defender Rasmus Nicolaisen was also forced to retreat.

However, Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund has returned to the senior squad after missing the national team breakthrough last month due to injury, and he has a chance of playing up front, either alongside or instead Yussuf Poulsenwho scored a goal against Serbia last time.

Spain possible starting lineup:
Raya; Porro, Cubarsi, Laporte, Cucurella; Pedri, Zubimendi, Ruiz; Jamal, Morata, Baena

We say: Spain – Denmark 3:1

Denmark have made a positive start under interim coach Knudsen, but their skills will surely be tested away against a Spanish team that still has plenty of strength despite missing some key players through injury.

In fact, La Roja are considered favorites to win Saturday's contest and we expect the hosts to outscore their opponents en route to the three points they need to overtake the Danes to the top of the group.
