Officials from the vice president's campaign Kamala Harris met with representatives for Joe Rogan to discuss a possible interview The Joe Rogan Experienceaccording to Reuters.

Nandita Bose and Jeff Mason reported the discovery on Monday evening.

“@KamalaHarris may sit down for an interview with @joerogan in the final stretch of the US presidential campaign, three sources said Monday,” Bose tweeted. “Harris campaign officials met with Rogan’s team this week, but an appearance has not yet been confirmed, two of the sources said.”

Rogan's show regularly tops the podcast charts as the most popular show. On Sunday, former president Donald Trump said he was going on Rogan's show.

Trump was recently interviewed at the Nelk Boys podcast in which a host asked him if he would be on Rogan's show.

“You’ve been doing a lot of podcasts lately,” the host said. “One I'd like to see you on, I think Joe Rogan has to have you on it. Would you do that?”

“I think I actually do,” Trump replied, explaining that Rogan was a “good guy.”

“So you’re going to do Joe Rogan?”

“Yes, I am,” Trump replied.

Rogan himself has not yet confirmed an interview with Trump. The host previously said he had rejected the former president several times.

“I am in no way a Trump supporter,” Rogan said in 2022. “I've had the opportunity to have him on my show more than once, I've said no every time.”

He added: “I don't want to help him, I have no interest in helping him.”

Rogan may have changed his mind. On Saturday, he asked his followers on X if they would like to see Trump on the show. The answers were mostly positive.
