NBA Preseason LIVE: Brooklyn Nets at Philadelphia 76ers, 7:00 p.m. ET

It's only preseason, but every time you win a game by 39 points you feel damn good. That was Brooklyn's result against the Wizards on Monday, a feeling that will be difficult to match next season. That's neither here nor there. The Nets are playing their third preseason game in Philly – let's see what they get.

TIME: 7:00 p.m. ET

OPPOSITION: Philadelphia 76ers

Turn on: YES network on TV.

By Jordan Greene preview:

WHAT: Ben Simmons will most likely be in the media spotlight again tonight as he returns to his former home, which changed his career (first good, then bad). He played the fewest minutes of any starter against Washington, sitting out the second half. Expect a little more tonight.

Cam Thomas has been a workman in his first two games, averaging 14.5 points in just 20.5 minutes per game while shooting 55.5% from the floor and 50.0% from 3-point range (4- against-8) shot. But as Brian Lewis wrote on Wednesday, Jordi Fernandez is also happy with other parts of his game.

OUT FOR BK: Killian Hayes (hip), Nic Claxton (hamstring) and Keon Johnson (ankle) are officially back. We will learn more about this later. Trendon Watford (thigh), Bojan Bogdanovic (foot) and Day'Ron Sharpe are all out.

OVER FOR PHILA: Paul George (knee) and Joel Embiid (rest).
