Noa Essengue and Ben Saraf shined in the NBA preseason loss to Portland

Ratiopharm Ulm was given the opportunity to compete against an NBA team in the preseason thanks to the German club's valuable talent development system.

Without their best talent, they simply couldn't compete against Portland. In fact, both 2006-born Ben Saraf and Noa Essengue stole the show despite a 110-100 defeat.

Guerschon Yabusele continues to impress for the Philadelphia 76ers since returning abroad following his departure from Real Madrid. The French forward scored 9 points, 6 rebounds and 3 steals in the win over Brooklyn.

On Lonzo Ball's return night, the Chicago Bulls defeated Minnesota 125-123, with Nikola Vucevic posting a double-double with 17 points and 12 rebounds. On the losing side, Rudy Gobert also posted a double-double; in this case the French center had 13 points and 17 rebounds.
