Robert Roberson came into play within 90 minutes of the execution before winning a stay in an extraordinary legal twist. Roberson, who was convicted in the 2002 “shake baby” death of his 2-year-old daughter, maintains his innocence. Many others, including the former investigator who led the case, also believe he is innocent. NBC News' Lester Holt reports.
