HBO's “Dune: Prophecy” is poised to become an irresistible miniseries for “Dune” fans when the six-episode season comes to our galaxy on November 17, 2024 on HBO and Max.

The first teaser debuted back in May, but today (October 18) at NYCC during the “Dune: Prophecy” panel on the Empire Stage, which featured showrunner Alison Schapker, executive producer Jordan Goldberg and cast members Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, Travis Fimmel, Sarah-Sofie Boussnina, Josh Heuston, Chloe Lea and Jessica Barden, the great new official trailer debuted.

“Dune Prophecy,” an adaptation of the 2012 novel “Sisterhood of Dune” by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson, is set 10,000 years before the rise of Paul Atreides and centers on the emergence of the secret witch cult known as the Bene Gesserit is known.

This incredible 3-minute preview shows the far-reaching scope of the series, political intrigue, a gigantic sandworm that devours an entire palace, a gigantic Spacing Guild Heighliner, the Sisterhood's manipulative plans to rule the future, great houses of the Empire, the fighting for control, fantastical planets, a sultry campfire ritual, blade slashing, and the Emperor Javicco Corrino “surrounded by vipers.”
