Alec Baldwin returns to 'SNL' as Bret Baier to spoof Fox News interview with Kamala Harris

Alec Baldwin returned to Saturday Night Live as Fox News Host Bret Baier during the show's cold opening spoofing the testy interview with Kamala Harris (Maya Rudolph).

“When I interviewed President Trump, my first question was: What do you think is the most important issue facing our nation? So my first question to you is: Tell me the exact number of murderers you have released in this country?” Baier asks the Vice President.

However, when Harris tries to answer, the Special report with Bret Baier The host continues to interrupt them, similar to his real interview with the Vice President earlier this week. He then asks Harris if she was “here to answer questions or just looking for a viral moment?”

“Oh please, I'm not looking for a viral moment,” Rudolph's Harris says before looking into the camera, actually joining in on a popular social media trend. “See how I don’t let a man interrupt my answers, very reserved, very mindful.”

When Baldwin's Baier criticizes her for simply “throwing away memes,” Harris claps back, saying, “That's not true.” I'm here to reach across the aisle. “Hundreds of Republicans supported me because we are all famous in the club” – another viral trend.

“I don’t know the club, but are we all familiar?” Baier asks. “They were pretty divisive. They called Donald Trump incompetent, unstable, unfit to lead and uncontrolled.”

The Fox News The host later plays several fake clips of Trump talking about his “enemy within” claims, and when Harris questions him, he responds, “I think you have to admit he makes a pretty compelling argument.”

“Look, he can dance to 'YMCA' or any other song that he doesn't know is a gay anthem,” says Rudolphs Harris. “This election is about contrasts in my rallies. There's Beyoncé and joy and bathrooms. At his rallies he doesn’t pay the buses and hundreds of elderly people have to walk six miles across the desert back to their cars like an Old Testament fire festival.”

Baldwin’s Baier responds: “So are you saying Trump voters are misguided? Are they stupid?” But an angry Harris continues to criticize him for “trying really hard to make me say something bad.”

“You’re very sexy when you’re angry,” Baier jokes. “Do you know that?” Harris replies, “Yes, I do.”

Michael Keaton returned to Studio 8H for the fourth time on Saturday to host the sketch comedy show, with Billie Eilish as the musical guest.

During his monologue, Mikey Day and Andy Samberg joined him on stage, albeit wearing clothes he knew all too well. They wore full Betelgeuse costumes with the iconic makeup, green hair and pinstripe suits.

“When Halloween comes around, I'm going to see a lot of these little kids out there dressed just like Beetlejuice, which is adorable,” Keaton said while promoting it Beetlejuice Sequel released last month. “And I'll also see a lot of grown men dressed like Beetlejuice, usually men in their forties, which is less adorable.”
