I'll just stick with Toledo. The Rockets had some fielding issues last weekend against a struggling Miami-OH team, but everything worked out. Toledo finished the game with 396 total yards (318 passes) and 25 first downs, but only managed 5 of 14 third-down attempts and incurred six penalties. In practice there is a lot to repair this week.

Buffalo had a little more time to recover from the tough loss to UConn. The Bulls totaled just 198 yards (123 passes) with 12 first downs and 1 of 14 attempts on third downs in this game. The defense allowed a whopping 537 yards (280 passes) on the other side. This should be a much easier matchup, but I don't think the Bulls can quite score.
