It's safe to say that the Boston Celtics are ready to begin defending their title.

The C's gave their home crowd a ruthless 139-89 win over their rival Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday night. The win moves them to 3-0 in the preseason.

Seven Celtics scored in double figures, including co-stars Jaylen Brown (18 points) and Jayson Tatum (16 points). Boston shot 48.9 percent from 3-point range, with Sam Hauser (15 points, 5-6 3-PT) and Xavier Tillman (11 points, 3-3 3-PT) staying hot from deep.

Luke Kornet scored 11 points in his first seven minutes. The C's big man finished with 15 points and eight boards.

Boston will return to action on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. ET when it welcomes the Toronto Raptors to TD Garden.
