Chris Bumstead wins the 2024 Classic Physique Olympia

Sommerfeld overtakes everyone except Bumstead and takes silver.

It was similar at the Classic Physique Olympia 2024; “And yet…” from host Bob Cicherillo, who made it happen Chris Bumsteads sixth title in a row.

The bodybuilding superstar, who has shaped the division's image since 2019, had to face his toughest competition yet, but Bumstead set the standard again.

Five-time defending champion Chris Bumstead and Mike Sommerfeld occupied the middle of the final callout. Urs Kalecinski and Ramon Rocha Querioz were on the outside. Head judge Steve Weinberger had them complete several rounds of posing.

In the last duel, Bumstead and Sommerfeld fought for the title. Ansley, Kalecinski, Querioz, Sommerfeld and Bumstead were in the top five and performed individually in front of the audience.
