A new leg of cult British band Coldplay's ongoing “Music of the Spheres” world tour will reach the North American part of the sphere called Earth next summer. Coldplay's 2025 North American shows begin more than three years after their first tour in the US and Canada on May 6, 2022.

The tour began back in March 2022 and has since sold over 10 million tickets across Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, making it the most-attended tour by a group of all time. Coldplay is proving popular with fans as they flock to hear the band's hits from their Grammy-nominated ninth studio album, Music of the Spheres, released in 2021. On the other hand, Boston fans will hear songs from the brand new album “Moon Music,” which came out last Friday.

Coldplay North American Tour 2025: When to Book Tickets

Tickets for Coldplay concerts will be available to the general public from 12pm local time on Friday. For those who register early, various pre-sales begin the same day at 9 a.m. local time. For full details, visit Ticketmaster's Coldplay hub.

Coldplay also offers a special option called “Infinity Tickets,” which allows entry to their shows for $20. These tickets will go on sale on November 22nd at 12pm local time.

Tickets for Infinity concerts must be purchased in pairs, making sure the seats are next to each other. Fans will find out their seats when they pick up their tickets at the box office on the day of the show. Seating is distributed throughout the stadium, from the ground level to the upper floors.

Coldplay Mumbai concert

Coldplay will perform three shows at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai on January 18, 19 and 21 next year as part of its Music of the Spheres World Tour 2025. The Coldplay concert marks the band's return to India after an eight-year break and expectations were extremely high.

The much-anticipated Coldplay concert in India, part of their 'Music of the Spheres World Tour', faced a major hurdle on September 22, 2024 when online ticketing platform BookMyShow experienced a system crash. Fans eager to secure tickets to the British band's Mumbai gigs were left behind as both the app and website became unresponsive shortly before sales went on sale.

On Thursday, BookMyShow said it had filed an FIR for black-marketing tickets for Coldplay shows. In a statement, the company said it was exploring possible cancellation of tickets that were sold “unethically.”
