Diddy's attorney says he is staying positive in prison and focused on his defense

Diddy could spend a year or maybe more behind bars while he awaits trial, but that doesn't break his spirit… far from it, at least according to his lawyer.

Diddy's lawyer, Marc Agnifiloappears in a new documentary from TMZ Studios – “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment” – which has just been released fell on Tubi … and we asked him about his client's state of mind in prison.

Agnifilo says Diddy remains remarkably positive and doesn't let the charges weaken his resolve. Instead, Agnifilo says Diddy is so focused on his defense that it actually gives him a form of strength and confidence that will help him cope with the long time behind bars.
