ESPN “College GameDay” announces visiting picks for Oregon vs. Ohio State

The selection of celebrity guests for Saturday's edition of ESPN “College GameDay” in Eugene has been announced.

Actress and Oregon alum Kaitlin Olson will be the guest selection when No. 3 Oregon hosts No. 2 Ohio State in one of the most anticipated games of the college football season and arguably the biggest in Autzen Stadium history .

Olson, who graduated from the University of Oregon in 1997, is best known for her roles in “It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia” and “High Potential.”

Saturday marks the college football pregame show's 12th trip to Eugene. When GameDay comes to town, the Ducks are 8-3 all-time.

Oregon coach Dan Lanning will also join the “GameDay” crew on set. Colorado head coach Deion Sanders will join the show remotely.

Previous pickers include former Ducks basketball star Sabrina Ionescu, Nike co-founder Phil Knight and the Duck mascot. The last time “GameDay” came to Eugene in 2022, with Ionescu as guest picker, Oregon defeated UCLA 45-30.
