Fans miss the Guardians' walk-off ALCS home run against the Yankees after Hulu Live goes down

Score another win for cable television as streaming platform Hulu endured a nightmare situation in the Guardians' ALCS Game 3 win over the Yankees on Thursday night.

Many fans flocked to social media during the fateful 10th inning to express their dissatisfaction with the Disney-owned streaming giant when their live sports broadcasts shockingly came to a halt before David Fry's walk-off home run in Two runs against Clay Holmes erased the Yankees' lead in the series to make it 2-1.

“Two playoff baseball games, NFL, college football and @hulu just stop working. If this isn't resolved within 2 minutes, I'll switch to YouTube TV. This is an af king joke and a waste of money,” X account @crunkilton22 posted on X, which had 1,300 likes as of Friday morning.

The catastrophe for the streaming platform is reminiscent of a Buffalo Wild Wings commercial, as the game came out right when it was at its peak.
