Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 6: Zack Moss, Chase Brown

Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 6: Zack Moss, Chase Brown

The Cincinnati Bengals are on the road to visit the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium in Week 6.

Although the Bengals struggled to win games, the offense was one of the best in the league.

The passing game led by Joe Burrow was electric, and fantasy football managers got solid performances from running backs Zack Moss and Chase Brown.

Despite the split backcourt, both Moss and Brown were solid RB3 options for managers between off weeks and injuries across the league.

With an exciting matchup against the Giants' defense looming, here are the starting/sitting tips for Moss and Brown.

Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: Zack Moss

Moss has been a solid RB3 for fantasy purposes this season with three top-24 finishes in five games this season.

He still has the leadership role in the backfield over Brown, having played at least 60% of the snaps in every game this season. He did record a season-low nine runs in Week 5, but that was due in part to an ankle injury he suffered late in the game.

Moss has not been assigned injury status, so he shouldn't be limited by the ankle scare. Although his running back rush percentage has declined over the last three weeks, he has posted a target percentage of at least 10% in all but one game this season.

The Giants defense was solid against the run, but they will be without Kayvon Thibodeaux, and the Bengals offense thrived.

There are options with higher upside, but Moss is a solid RB3/flex for those who need him.

Verdict: Start 'Em

Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: Chase Brown

Although he is questionable on the injury report after being placed on the list this week with a quadriceps injury, he is expected to play Sunday night.

Brown has played a much larger role in recent weeks. He finished Weeks 4 and 5 as the RB6 and RB13, respectively, and had a total of 33 opportunities during that span.

Brown has proven to be the more explosive option in the backfield over Moss, and given the expected increase in workload he's seen in recent weeks, the former is a stronger option with higher potential.

This could be a competitive game, so Brown should get plenty of opportunities and can be considered a solid fringe RB2 option.

Verdict: Start 'Em
