Bearcats fans, get ready because this weekend is the University of Cincinnati's homecoming contest with Arizona State.

The Bearcats host the Sun Devils at Nippert Stadium on Saturday, October 19th. Kick-off is scheduled for midday.

The Cincinnati Bearcats play the Arizona State Sun Devils live on ESPN+. Fans can stream the game via the ESPN website or app, or on Hulu and Sling with live ESPN+ add-ons.

History of the Bearcats vs. Sun Devils series

The Bearcats and Sun Devils meet on Saturday for the first time in 48 years. UC last played at Arizona State on October 9, 1976 and won 14-0. It was the same day that the eventual world champion Cincinnati Reds won the opening game of the National League Championship Series against the Phillies.

The Bearcats' home game will be the Sun Devils' first football trip to Cincinnati. Arizona State is 5-1 this season with just one loss against Texas Tech on September 12th. UC is 4-2 this season after losing 44-41 to the Red Raiders on Sept. 28. However, UC is coming off a 19-13 victory over the University of Central Florida.

When is UC's homecoming parade?

The University of Cincinnati homecoming parade is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. on Clifton Avenue.
