Colombia and Chile will both look to bounce back from defeats when they meet in a CONMEBOL World Cup qualifier on Tuesday.

Chile slipped to last place in South America qualifying after losing 2-1 at home to Brazil on Thursday. Ricardo Gareca's team has just five points after nine games.

Meanwhile, Colombia lost 1-0 to Bolivia in the extreme altitude of El Alto on Thursday. Go Cafeteros remain in second place in the qualification table after their first defeat of the season.

Néstor Lorenzo's side will be confident of bouncing back from this result in Bolivia, having picked up ten points from a possible 12 in Barranquilla so far this season.

It will take an almost improbable result for Chile to maintain hopes of qualifying for a first World Cup since 2014.
