It's time for Rob Lowe to have a front row seat at Paris Fashion Week

There's nothing better than an unexpected front-row guest during Fashion Week, and Rob Lowe took on the role at Stella McCartney's Spring 2025 show in Paris. Lowe joined artists like Juliette Binoche, Greta Gerwig, Natalie Portman, Tom Daley, Maria Sharapova and Lily Gladstone at McCartney's open-air show, where attendees raved about cotton candy-like jackets, sheer draped dresses and streetwear-inspired suits.

Lowe opted for a gray-blue double-breasted suit with peak lapels and even sharper shoulders. A thick silver chain ran down his leg on his loose trousers. The actor kept the look casual with a pair of pristine white tennis shoes. But he caused some intrigue with what was underneath his suit: a white tank top that read “About Fucking Time!”

The sparkling phrase, which also graced the hats on guests' seats, comes from McCartney's partnership with PETA. As my colleague Mark Holgate wrote, “They and PETA used the phrase to highlight their new campaign on animal welfare, or lack thereof.” Lowe wasn't the only one to make this bold statement: Barbara Palvin, Thomas Doherty and Xochitl Gomez were among them defended the animals with style.
