Josh Allen's incredible pass left Peyton Manning speechless on ESPN's “ManningCast.”

Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills has long been considered an “alien” quarterback. He showcased some of his most unique talents in Monday night's game against the New York Jets with a play that drew a strong reaction from legendary quarterback Peyton Manning.

On ESPN's ManningCastPeyton was watching a Bills game with his brother Eli and Bill Belichick when he popped up to warn Allen over the screen. On a second-and-10 play deep in Bills territory, Allen dropped back into his end zone and then scrambled toward the sideline to look for a downfield pass.

“Throw it away, throw it away,” Peyton repeated, concern evident in his voice.

Allen ended up throwing the ball about 40 yards down the stretch to Bills running back Ray Davis, who made an equally insane grab.

The referees threw a defensive hold flag, keeping the game on hold.

Peyton Manning couldn't believe his eyes.

“It's amazing how long he waits, he almost gets out of bounds… and he throws, he can throw as far as he wants,” Peyton said.

Allen has currently thrown for 112 yards and two passing touchdowns and added a touchdown on the ground. At halftime the Bills are ahead 20-17.
