Knicks tickets are the most sought after in the NBA following blockbuster offseason transactions

The New York Knicks' near future is extremely bright.

The Knicks secured second place in the Eastern Conference last season, and if it weren't for the untimely injuries, they probably could have had a date with the Boston Celtics in the conference finals.

However, the already solid team improved over the course of the offseason after a series of maneuvers on paper.

While they lost Isiah Hartenstein in free agency, the Knicks made a splash by bringing in another former Villanova Wildcat to join the trade for Mikal Bridges.

Then, last week, they made the biggest move of the offseason by trading Julius Randle and Donte DiVincenzo for four-time All-Star Karl-Anthony Towns.

The Knicks are always a hot draw because they play in the most famous arena in the world, Madison Square Garden. However, information from StubHub says that not only are the Knicks the site's most sought-after team, but also that season sales are up 48% compared to last year.

New York also participates in six of the top 10 best-selling StubHub games of the season, including each of the top four games.

LEBRON JAMES ON FIRST TIME WITH SON BRONNY AS LAKERS TEAMMATE: “I WILL NEVER FORGET IT”

“The Knicks' impressive young roster, led by Jalen Brunson and strengthened by recent key roster moves, has led to a resurgence in fan enthusiasm and made them the most sought-after team of the season,” said StubHub spokesman Adam Budelli.

New York posted a 50-32 record last year before being ousted by the Indiana Pacers in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinals. Ironically, this is their first home game against them, and it is StubHub's second best-selling game, behind only the Knicks' visit to the defending NBA champion Celtics three days earlier.
