Live updates from the Donald Trump and Kamala Harris campaigns and polls

Here you will find the latest information about the presidential election

Election Day is two weeks from today.

The Trump campaign accused President Biden of making a Freudian gaffe on Tuesday when he told his allies in New Hampshire, “We have to lock him up.”

“Joe Biden just admitted the truth: His and Kamala's plan all along was to politically persecute their opponent, President Trump, because they can't beat him fair and square,” said Trump campaign national press secretary Karoline Leavitt, in a statement.

“The Harris-Biden Administrator is the real threat to democracy. We call on Kamala Harris to condemn Joe Biden’s disgraceful remark.”

After making the statement, Biden later clarified: “Politically speaking, we have to lock him up – lock him out, that's what we have to do.”

Both former President Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris focused on Latino voters on Tuesday — but only one of them is on the campaign trail.

Trump met for a roundtable with Latino business leaders in Florida before heading to battleground North Carolina for a rally, while Harris filmed two interviews: one with Spanish-language television network Telemundo and one with NBC News.

According to recent polls, Harris' support among Latino voters is slipping away: 49% of Latinos support Trump and 38% support Harris.

As for their vice presidential candidates, JD Vance is campaigning in the key swing state of Arizona, and Tim Walz will join former President Barack Obama at a rally in Wisconsin.
