Live Updates: News on the Trump-Harris election

Former President Donald Trump said on Monday, the anniversary of the Oct. 7 attacks against Israel, that he believes he should get “100% of the Jewish vote,” arguing: “No one has done more for the Jewish people when I.”

Trump called into the radio show “Sid & Friends” that morning and claimed again that the attacks “would never have happened” if he had been president.

“No one has done more for the Jewish people than I have. “No one has done more for Israel as president, perhaps even as president,” Trump said.

Trump said of his thoughts on Israel: “I might run for prime minister, although Bibi is doing a lot better right now, I think he's doing pretty well, maybe not.”

Trump also said Monday that he believes Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has “not listened at all” to Biden, as the president advises Israel to respond proportionately to Iran's firing of ballistic missiles at Israel and not to attack Iran's nuclear facilities .

“You have to listen to them somehow, because you always have to listen to a president and then do what you want,” Trump said in an interview with Hugh Hewitt, again criticizing Biden's position that Israel should not attack the nuclear facilities.

Trump said he thought Netanyahu was “held back a little bit because psychologically, you know, when you have a president, he probably would have gotten further along, but he's already pretty far along.” He's not listening at all, You know that, they don’t even speak.”
