Love Island star Hannah Smith has been arrested and jailed for making “terrorist threats” while scowling in a mugshot in Georgia

LOVE Island USA star Hannah Smith has been arrested in Georgia over alleged terrorist threats.

The US Sun can exclusively confirm that Hannah, 26, was arrested on September 30 on charges of making terroristic threats and acts and willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer in Cobb County, Georgia.

The arrest occurred at the Coca-Cola Roxy concert hall and the Orange Deck valet parking lot at 11 p.m.

The arresting officer wrote in the warrant obtained by The US Sun that at the time, Hannah was “escorted from the Roxy and Orange Deck for disorderly conduct.”

They continued: “As she was being escorted from the Orange Deck car park to her Uber, she attempted to hit me with a closed fist but did not make contact with me.”

“While she was handcuffed, she attempted to kick me several times.”

The warrant added: “The defendant threatened to commit a violent crime.”

“While said defendant was being transported to the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, she stated that she would kill me and my sister multiple times in order to terrorize said victim.”

In the incident report, obtained exclusively by The US Sun, emergency medical personnel accompanied police when they were contacted by Roxy security because Hannah was “screaming and screaming” while she was “drunk.”

“As Smith entered the Orange Deck from the first floor, he struck the paramedic who made contact in the right arm. The staff member told her she did not want to press charges,” the report said.

“While Smith was on the ground, he attempted to kick me several times but again failed to make contact. While transporting Smith to the Cobb ADC, she said, 'I'm going to kill you and your sister,'” the report states.

The report claimed that Hannah “made several statements about a podcast and her fans.”

“When we arrived at the jail, Smith refused to exit the vehicle until the person in my passenger seat was also removed from the vehicle and arrested. I informed her that there was no one in the front seat of the vehicle except Smith and he still refused to exit the vehicle.

Singer Gracie Abrams performed a concert locally the night of Hannah's arrest.

In her mugshot, she appeared to be scowling.

She was released from the Cobb County Jail on $8,000 bail, according to court records.

Conditions of her bail include not consuming alcohol, marijuana or drugs and “submitting to random alcohol/drug testing at your own expense.”

The arrest hasn't stopped Hannah from posting on social media, as she posted a lingerie photo on October 7.

The US Sun contacted Hannah's rep for comment, but they declined to comment.

REALITY TV STINT

Hannah appeared on Peacock's sixth season of Love Island USA.

She is a bottle opener and Instagram influencer.

According to Peacock, Hannah admitted that her friends call her “silly” because of her clumsiness.

Hannah described herself as “playful” and revealed that she is in love with Odell Beckham Jr. and Michael B. Jordan.

Her goofy personality and humor made her a fan favorite among viewers.

TIME IN THE VILLA

Hannah, who is from North Carolina, initially hooked up with Kendall Washington.

She was unable to build any connection during her time in the villa, as she was the first woman to be eliminated at the start of the season.

During her time on the show, she also met Hakeem White.

When Hannah chose Hakeem over Kendall in a duel, their relationship suffered.

Hannah told Today after her elimination: “So the challenge was actually the trigger. So the way the challenge went was us girls came in and we were like, 'We're not going to pick our couple. That's funny.' “We don’t take anything personal.” And for the boys it was so different. The boys took it so personally.

“They were all so angry. And when we went back to the villa after the challenge, I chatted to Kendall but he just wasn't having it. He was like, 'You just punched me in the face twice. I just did that.' Now there's a wall up with you… I want to step back and figure it out somehow.'”

Hannah continued: “And I just feel like things haven't progressed the way they did in the beginning after he took a step back. I feel like everything slowly started to disappear after that. And then obviously Nicole came in and Nicole kind of messed it up.

“We talked and said, 'I think we're better off as friends.' And he said to me, “I really want you to find someone who will always root for me.”

“We didn’t leave under bad conditions. We're still really good friends. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for him too.”

Serena Page and Kordell Beckham won the sixth season of Love Island.

Kendall Washington ended up in fourth place ahead of Nicole Jacky, who he broke up with shortly after the finale.
