Luana Alonso launches OnlyFans months after Olympic drama

Paraguayan swimmer Luana Alonso reportedly turned to OnlyFans following her controversial exit from the Olympic Village in Paris, where she was accused of “inappropriate” behavior during the 2024 Summer Games.

The 20-year-old athlete, who announced her retirement from swimming after failing to qualify for the 100-meter butterfly semifinals at the Paris Games on July 27, recently shared a link to her OnlyFans profile, according to TMZ the social media. which reported that it charges $35 per month for exclusive content.

Alonso, who is known for posting hot bikini snaps, made headlines for her alleged behavior outside the pool, including a trip to Disneyland Paris when she stayed in the Olympic Village (which is allowed) after finishing competition.

The Paraguayan Olympic Committee said Alonso left the Olympic Village after being ordered to do so because an “inappropriate” environment had been created within the team.

“Your presence creates an inappropriate atmosphere within Team Paraguay,” Larissa Schaerer, head of the Paraguayan Olympic Committee, said in a statement to The Sun on August 5.

Alonso later addressed “false information” and “lies” in a social media post and denied that he had been “expelled” from the Olympic Village.

“I just wanted to make it clear that I have never been removed or expelled from anywhere and to stop spreading false information,” Alonso wrote, according to the Daily Beast.

“I don’t want to make a statement, but I won’t let lies influence me either.”

A report at the time said Alonso had angered Team Paraguay's leadership by taking trips outside the Olympic Village instead of supporting her teammates.

The Daily Mail reported that Alonso was a distraction to other competitors with her “scanty clothing and socializing with other athletes.”

Alonso announced her retirement from swimming on social media after finishing sixth in her heat – missing qualifying for the women's 100m butterfly semi-final at the Paris Games by just 0.24 seconds.

Other athletes have turned to OnlyFans – a subscription-based social media platform where users can sell and/or buy original content – ​​and have been candid about their experiences.
