Pop star Charlie Puth's former mansion is being sold for $11 million

Pop star Charlie Puth has sold his Los Angeles mansion to Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Flagg in an off-market deal, FOX Business has confirmed. The property sold for $11 million.

Located in the exclusive Trousdale Estates neighborhood of Beverly Hills, the home was originally listed for $17 million. Puth first purchased the home in 2017 for just under $9 million.

The four-bedroom home was built in 1965 and designed by architect Rex Lotery. The property also features three full bathrooms and two guest toilets.

“The house was once a social gathering place for the Beverly Hills elite and frequently hosted members of Ronald Reagan's 'Kitchen Cabinet' as well as socialite Janet de Cordova and her husband Freddy, producer of The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson,” a source said said FOX Business.

Architect Stephen Shortridge recently oversaw a “major renovation” of the house. It features a formal double-height entry hall, a sunken great room and a built-in bar.

The property also features a private office with its own terrace, a formal dining room, a marble breakfast bar and a private laundry room.

The master suite has an ensuite bathroom, sauna and marble rainfall shower with a large skylight. Designed entirely in marble, the master bathroom also features a marble double vanity and a marble stone bathtub.

Outside there is a heated pool, outdoor patio, outdoor kitchen and fire pit.

The garage was converted into a gym.

Puth, the former owner of the home, recently tied the knot with Brooke Sansone on September 7. According to People, Flagg, who bought the home, lived in a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in Bel Air.

The real estate agent and Bravo star previously told the outlet that he purchased another home in Beverly Hills for $9.2 million in 2022 without seeing it.

“I've had my eye on this house since I was a little boy. “It hasn’t been on the market in almost 60 years,” Flagg told People of the home he purchased in 2022. “When this came across my desk, I stopped everything and was immediately determined to get this house. It has always been my favorite house in the (Beverly Hills) Flats.

During an interview with Bravo's “Daily Dish” in July, Flagg admitted that buying the Beverly Hills home was “probably not the smartest thing to do,” but admitted that he loves the property.

“I’ll probably buy another house – a finished house,” he noted at the time. “I’ll probably keep the house in Bedford and then build it. And when I’m done with it, I either move into one or I sell it – sell it for space.”
