The 2024 Men's Physique Olympia Finals took place on Saturday evening, October 12, 2024, at the Resorts World Theater in Las Vegas, Nevada. The top 10 from the pre-judgment round were eligible to pose in the finals, where they competed in a judge's confirmation round and individual performances for audiences watching at home and on pay-per-view.

Ryan Terry won his second consecutive Olympic title. Ali Bilal won the silver medal in his third Olympic appearance.
