Ryan Williams makes a wild circus-style catch in the Georgia-Alabama showdown

Ryan Williams had one of the best plays you'll see all day in the third quarter against Georgia on Saturday night.

After the Bulldogs scored to cut the game to two possessions, Alabama was pressured to respond with points of their own. Williams made a circus-like catch that gave the Crimson Tide a 54-yard lead – and put them back in the red zone for another scoring opportunity.

Here's a replay of Williams' wild catch:

Here's an alternate angle from the ABC broadcast:

Alabama finally settled for a field goal later in the drive, making the score 33-15. While the Crimson Tide certainly would have liked to find the end zone, a field goal was enough to make it a three-possession game late in the third quarter.

For Williams, it's just another highlight for the 17-year-old, who entered the night as Alabama's leading receiver. A former 5-star prospect, Williams entered this game with 10 catches for 285 yards and 4 touchdowns on the year. These stats lead all Alabama receivers in every category.
