Sanju Samson hit Rishad Hossain five sixes in a row en route to a century in the third T20I against Bangladesh.

India caused total carnage in the first half of their innings at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad, reaching 152-1 in the first 10 overs as Bangladesh's bowlers were hit all over the park by a combination of Sanju Samson and Suryakumar Yadav became.

Much of the damage came in the 10th over as Sanju Samson took pleasure in Rishad Hossain's leg spin. After playing the first ball for a point, Samson hit five consecutive sixes to end the over, taking himself into the 90s in the process.

Samson took advantage of two bad balls to gain momentum, both were too wide and had too much air. Samson relied on touch and a classic straight shot to send both over the fence. The third six delivered a flatter throw, and although the contact wasn't quite as good, Samson had enough power to send it over the fence again.

The fourth six was followed by another poor overpitch delivery as Samson cleared his front leg and midwicket. Rishad moved around the wicket for the final ball but Samson was ready as he rocked back and delivered a shorter throw over mid-wicket, also scoring a flat six, making it five in a row.

Rishad had already been introduced to the attack in the seventh over and Samson greeted him with two boundaries and a maximum, taking a liking to the leg-spinner. Rishad had conceded 55 runs in the second T20I and things only got worse for him in Hyderabad as he conceded 46 in his first two overs alone without showing any wickets.

A few overs later, Samson celebrated his first international T20 century, benefiting from a great start in the opener in Hyderabad. Samson was eventually dismissed after a remarkable innings of 111 off just 47 balls, hitting 11 fours and eight sixes in his innings while putting on a magnificent power hitting show.

India will be eyeing a massive total in this third and final T20I with Suryakumar Yadav also looking to be in good form and with plenty of batting power left in the tank too.
