Sean “Diddy” Combs “gang raped” Ashley Parham as revenge after she claimed he was involved in the murder of Tupac Shakur, a new lawsuit says

Sean “Diddy” Combs allegedly “violently gang-raped” a woman to “pay for” a dissident alleging the rapper was involved in the murder of Tupac Shakurs, according to a new lawsuit filed against the embattled music mogul.

According to the lawsuit filed Tuesday in federal court in Northern California, Combs is accused of sexual assault and battery, abuse, false imprisonment and kidnapping of a “California resident” in March 2018.

The lawsuit alleges that the rapper, with the help of several unknown accomplices, used a TV remote control to rape accuser Ashley Parham.

According to court documents, Parham allegedly met Combs virtually during a FaceTime call started by a man she met outside a bar in February 2018 to “impress people” with his famous friend.

Parham shared that she wasn't impressed that the man knew Combs because she believed “Diddy” had something to do with Tupac's murder.

Combs reportedly heard the comment and said she would “pay” for her testimony and the “general dismissal of defendant Diddy,” the filing states.

On March 23, 2018, Parham was invited to the man's home in Orinda, California. to help with his cancer medications, which he used to “trick” her into allegedly being attacked by Combs, the lawsuit says.

Combs approached Parham with a knife, held it in her face and threatened to give her a “Glasgow smile,” the lawsuit says, referring to large cuts on both sides of her mouth.

Among the several defendants named in the lawsuit is Kristina Khorram, Combs' alleged “manipulator in chief,” who allegedly canceled the rapper's knife push — saying the “Glasgow smile” would scare off potential customers she would like to see could “sell,” the lawsuit says.

Khorram is accused of abetting Combs' predatory behavior by having Parham “sexually abused and raped by defendant Diddy” and then helping to cover up the crime.

Court documents state that Combs allegedly squirted a bottle of oil/lubricant on Parham's body as she was being stripped of her clothes by the rapper and the man she met at the bar.

He then allegedly began “violently raping” Parham with the television remote and threatened her, saying her life was in his hands and that he could “take her” and never be seen again.

She claims she was then raped by three of the four men in the apartment before “Diddy” left, and instructed the fourth man to do the same, but not before “John Doe 1” used Parham's body as a “kick-off.” have.

Khorram returned to a motionless Parham and forced her to swallow an unknown pill, the lawsuit says.

After the alleged assault, Parham was treated at a hospital and given a rape kit.

During the subsequent investigation, Parham claims she initially told the Contra Costa Sheriff's Office that she had been raped by Combs, but claims this was “ignored” by authorities.

She did not mention Combs' name in further statements and reports filed with Walnut Creek police and Orinda police, the lawsuit says.

Parham said she omitted the rapper's name because she feared “she would be ignored … and/or further harmed by defendant Diddy if he learned that she named him to the police.”

She alleged elsewhere in the lawsuit that Combs tried to offer her money to keep quiet and not report the alleged rape.
