Sunshine and unusually warm Sunday

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – The fall weather will remain dry and pleasant into the next week.

Saturday overnight: Clear and cool. Lows will be in the low to mid 50s, with some in the upper 40s in the cooler outlying areas.

Sunday: Sunny, windy and warm. Wind gusts 20-25 mph. Highs in the low 80s.

Monday: Mostly sunny, a gusty breeze, much cooler. Wind gusts 20-30 mph. Lows will be in the low 60s, highs will be around 70°.

Tuesday: Partly sunny and cool. While the chance of a shower is minimal during the day, almost all areas should be dry. Lows in the mid 40s, highs in the 60s. (Chance of rain: 10%)

Wednesday: Very cool morning. Sporadic frost may occur, especially in remote areas. Sunny early, then partly sunny. Lows are generally around 40°, although some rural areas can see lows in the mid 30s, with highs around 60°.

Thursday: Very cool morning. Patchy frost is to be expected, especially in remote areas. Mostly sunny. Lows will be in the upper 30s, but some rural areas could fall into the lower 30s, highs in the lower 60s.

Friday: Sunny and a little warmer. Lows will be in the lower 40s, highs will be in the upper 60s.

Saturday: Sunny and pleasant. Lows in the mid 40s, highs around 70°.
