Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce attend the Guardians-Yankees' first ALCS game

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are in attendance at Yankee Stadium as the New York Yankees begin their American League Championship Series against the Cleveland Guardians.

Yankees manager Aaron Boone teased the pair's arrival before Game 1, saying he heard the two would be in attendance. He also added that he had tickets to Swift's Toronto show.

The pop superstar and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end sat next to each other in a suite.

Kelce, whose Chiefs have a bye this week, grew up in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, and is a fan of the area's sports teams. He threw the first pitch before a Guardians game in April 2023, spearing the baseball off the mound. Swift has a baseball story of her own, as she sang the national anthem before Game 3 of the 2008 World Series.

Swift and Kelce were spotted at various New York restaurants over the weekend, including dinner with Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds on Friday.

The two are no strangers to attending sporting events together in New York. Swift and Kelce attended the US Open men's singles final in September alongside Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany.

The Grammy-winning artist attended all three of Kelce's home games this season – most recently Monday night's game against the New Orleans Saints.
