The Nashville Predators open their 2024-25 season on Thursday with a bright array of fresh faces, new spaces and, for those who come to games just to eat and drink, additional menu items including charcuterie and Zamboni-style kids' meals.

The Predators and their hospitality partner Delaware North unveiled $15 million in new amenities Monday, including the new 85-seat premium club California Closets Studio at Bridgestone Arena.

“It is truly important to us to continue to offer world-class hospitality and innovative menu items that reflect the spirit of Nashville and enhance the gaming experience at Bridgestone Arena,” said Michael Geczi, general manager of Delaware North at Bridgestone Arena.

Unlike the new Nissan Stadium for the Titans, Bridgestone doesn't plan on getting its concessions completely smoothly. A hassle-free concession stand can be found adjacent to the guest services lobby in Section 103.

When ordering you have two options. A team member will take your order or you can use the kiosks at the food stand to place your order.

When it comes to food, there is something for everyone this season. Here are some new options to try while you're indoors:

  • The Predators' popular mascot, Gnash, now has a popcorn container shaped like his head for fans of all ages to enjoy. This will be available at all popcorn stands at Bridgestone Arena.
  • Known for its customizable nachos, the taco stand in Section 100 introduces seasonal fruit cups sprinkled with Tajin seasoning and served in a mini helmet.
  • A new meatball sub sandwich replaces the Italian sandwich at the pizza stand in Section 103. They're also introducing a caprese salad that you can enjoy from a cup or mini helmet.
  • Charcuterie and wine are now served at Grab N Go in sections 101 and 213.

New premium club, treats for children

The biggest innovation at Bridgestone is the new premium club California Closets Studio, which is decorated in warm wood tones and gold accents. This is an exclusive 85-seat seating area on the second level of Bridgestone across from the BetMGM Sports Lounge.

This premium club offers an upscale, dynamic dining experience and outstanding views of the ice and concert stage.

Sean Henry, CEO of the Nashville Predators, said the upgrades are important to keeping the popular arena full and reflecting Nashville's culture.

“When you invest in a building, when you invest in a team, every single game is an opportunity to sell concert tickets, every concert is an opportunity to sell hockey tickets and every event is an opportunity to sell Nashville,” Henry said .

The Zamboni Ice Cream Maker, a highlight for kids at Predators games, can now be enjoyed via the Zamboni Kids Meal, served in a fun Zamboni-shaped container. The container contains chicken fillets, French fries and fruit snacks.

Where the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame once housed is now the Gnashville Fun Zone for children. Kids can come and play street hockey on the mini rink, play NHL '24 on a gaming system of their choice, experience the VR zone and color a picture for the fridge at home.

Those with suites can also experience new menu expansions. A grill board with six meats, including spicy Nashville chicken sausage and pork ribs, pairs well with the bourbon experience now on offer.

And who could forget desserts?

A cart with chef-selected desserts and seasonal offerings is available in the suites, and in the reception area you can enjoy funnel cake fries from the pizza stand and banana pudding cups from the grill stand.

As you enter the arena you will notice changes throughout the building as the Predators have completed $15 million in renovations throughout the arena.

In November 2022, a burst water pipe spilled over a million gallons of water onto the event level of the Bridgestone Arena. Repairs are still being made to the Lexus lounge and locker area today.

There is new furniture in the Lexus Lounge and a new LED screen was installed last season as most of the audio visual equipment was damaged.

The arena will be expanded by 15 million pixels in the form of LED screens. You can see one of these screens in the main entrance to Bridgestone Arena.

The lights hanging throughout the hall look like stage lighting, some of the floors have guitar strings mixed into them, and the building itself is shaped like a French horn.

“We’re trying to stay as true to Nashville as possible,” said David Urso, senior vice president of operations, when discussing Bridgestone Arena’s design.
