“This thing is a dead heat and will get to the point. The last three weeks count,” Republican pollster David Lee told the Journal.

The newspaper quoted Lee as saying that at this time in 2020, Biden had a polling average lead of more than 5 points over Trump in each of the northern industrial swing states, compared to the narrower margins Harris currently faces.
