Vice President Harris struggles through Hurricane Milton speech

Vice President Harris covered her mouth during a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hurricane Milton update on Wednesday and appeared to tell staff that she was on a live broadcast after stumbling through a speech to the people of Florida.

While Biden attended the meeting from the White House, Harris and others attended virtually.
