Watch Bella Hadid's surprise appearance at the 2024 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Bella and Gigi Hadid are both veterans of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and both took the stage this evening. However, Bella's appearance was a surprise. She was not announced as part of the cast and has recently retired from modeling.

Still, she ended up appearing in a red bra set and giant matching wings.

In April, Bella said Lure that she was taking an unofficial break from her fashion career to focus on her mental and physical health. “After 10 years of modeling, I realized that I was putting so much energy, love and effort into something that wasn't necessarily returned to me in the long run,” she said.

Bella moved to Texas, where she found love with cowboy Adan Banuelos. She spoke about her life there, saying: “The way I've styled myself for years now – which I still do – I love being able to do my own hair and make-up, being happy with the way I look and getting ready with my girlfriends” here in Texas. We have the best time and I never feel like I have to do too much.”

She really was happier, she admitted. “For the first time I'm not putting on a fake face. If I'm not feeling well, I won't go. When I'm not feeling well, I take time for myself. And I've never had the opportunity to do or say that before. Now when someone sees me in pictures and says, “I look happy,” then I really am. I'm feeling better; My bad days were now my old good days.”

Bella last appeared at the Victoria's Secret Show in 2018.
