Justin Hartley returns to CBS' gritty crime drama, bringing Jensen Ackles with him in the second season of Tracker.

The series, which the This Is Us star also executive produces, is based on Jeffrey Deaver's book series The Never Game. As in Season 1, Hartley's character Colter Shaw has to carry a lot of weight between solving cases and dealing with his family's drama.

During a press tour at the Television Critics Association, executive producer Elwood Reid said that Season 2 will delve a little deeper into the Colters' “dysfunctional family.”

“What we're going to learn, however, is that Colter was the guy who really bore the brunt of this family dysfunction,” Reid explained. “And we'll get into that more this season as we uncover more stuff with his sister. And of course, we have a little secret that we revealed in Episode 13 last year: we learned that his sister has some information that could shed some light on family matters.”

The cast includes Justin Hartley, Fiona Rene, Abby McEnany and Eric Graise. Ackles will also reprise the role of Colter's brother Russell. Here's everything you need to know about the series premiere.
