“Zach and Bri were crazy about each other, but their relationship was always rocky,” a source tells Us exclusively.

The 28-year-old country singer confirmed the news on his Instagram Story on Tuesday, writing that he still has “respect and love” for the 25-year-old Barstool Sports personality with “every ounce” of his heart.

“She loved me unconditionally for a very long time and I will always thank her for that,” he told his 4.7 million followers.

In his cryptic message, Bryan shared that he's “personally had an incredibly tough year and has struggled through some pretty tough things,” although he didn't elaborate.

“I thought it would be beneficial for both of us to go down different paths,” he continued. “I am not perfect and never will be.”

The “Something in the Orange” singer urged fans to respect his ex's privacy – “and if you carry her in your heart, mine too.”

He concluded his statement by saying, “To all that I am and to everyone I have let down, I am sorry. I try my best in everything. I have let down people who love me and especially myself.”

Fans began speculating on Monday that the former couple had broken up after screenshots of Bryan's profile on celebrity dating app Raya circulated on Reddit and TikTok.

LaPaglia added fuel to the fire by posting a cryptic poem on her Instagram feed that read, in part, “Someday you'll find that life goes on / Even if you don't want it to.”

The musician then briefly deactivated his Instagram account early Tuesday.

The couple's representatives did not respond to Page Six's requests for comment.

Bryan and LaPaglia began dating in July 2023, less than two months after his split from his girlfriend of one year, Deb Peifer.

The US Navy veteran and podcaster made their red carpet debut in February at the 2024 Grammys, where he won his first award for his chart-topping duet with Kacey Musgraves' “I Remember Everything.”

But just a few weeks later, a woman named Brooke Almond publicly accused Bryan of cheating on LaPaglia with her.

The influencer was quick to defend her boyfriend, confirming on her “BFFs” podcast in March that Bryan had been seeing Almond – but only before The couple came together.

“He's a real rock star. He’s rich and famous,” she said. “Don’t you think he’s going to be the damn king?”

The “Pink Skies” crooner was previously married to fellow Navy vet Rose Madden from 2020 to 2021, while LaPaglia dated college football player Nik Pelligrino from 2018 to 2022.
